Accounting For Her is a membership-based non-profit organization founded by a young black professional working in Big 4 accounting. Our organization was born out of the founder’s passion for diversity and her personal experiences in the accounting industry. Witnessing the lack of representation firsthand, she recognized the extensive knowledge and opportunities that accounting offers and firmly believes that younger black girls should consider this profession as a pathway to success.
